Although summer is wonderful, fall is unquestionably the best season in terms of clothing. We can all credit Meg Ryan and Billy Crystal for establishing the traditional fall wardrobe staples of bulky sweaters, baggy pants, and loafers. Get cozy, autumnal, and decidedly less perspiring right now. In light of this, we’ve compiled the essential fashion news each month (and added it to the cart ASAP). There is something for everyone here, from the newest Hermès watch band from Apple to the Scandi-chic underwear from CDLP.

Brunello Cucinelli has long been the epitome of Italian modern luxury, blending its know-how into relaxed, refined essentials that are as timeless as they are long-lasting. Now, in an exclusive partnership with Neiman Marcus a first for both brands the designer is pulling influence from the current Western trend (cowgirl couture is a thing, people). The Tuscan campaign, which features creative couple Carolina and Camilla Cucinelli, heralds the arrival of the warm, neutral fall hues we’ve been yearning to wear all year.
Chloë Sevigny Teams Up With Warby Parker
Chlo Sevigny collaborated with Warby Parker a few years ago to design the Tate frame, a traditional mid-century design composed of acetate and finished in brushed nutmeg metal. Since then, the company has been inundated with requests to bring the frame back, and happily, it is now doing so with our favorite NYC It-Girl. The Tate is now available with optical and sun choices in a stylish silver frame. Grab both of them before they disappear.
Costa Brazil Hosts Post-NYFW Spa Getaway
Francisco Costa intervened and organized a soothing lunch at the recently renovated Canoe Place Inn & Cottages in the Hamptons just when everyone was in urgent need of some R&R following the madness of NYFW. Apple Unveils New Hermès Watch (and More Must-Have Products)
With Apple’s recent slew of launches, including but not limited to its new line of Apple Watches, it appears that we are all bound to our Apple gadgets and that won’t be changing anytime soon. The Hermès bands (shown above), which are composed of silky leather with silver chain links that wrap around the wrist twice, are more opulent than ever on the Apple Watch Series 8. It not only monitors temperatures, but also provides ovulation alarms, and has worldwide roaming capabilities. Not your thing, watches? The iPhone 14, iPhone 14 Pro, and iPhone 14 Pro Max were also discontinued by Apple. Time for an upgrade.

Choices abound!

Wrangler has a long history of producing high-quality, stylish essentials with a Western influence (again, cowgirl couture is in). The company has collaborated with Gant, another sartorial symbol of American tradition, to create an east-meets-west 30-piece capsule that draws inspiration from the rodeo fashion seen in old Western movies. The campaign, which is inspired by the Wild West, was created by both brands with the help of British multi-hyphenate artist Nadia Lee Cohen. Yeehaw!
Ba&sh and Veja Team Up on Sneakers
Ba&sh designs classic wardrobe essentials with a European flair and is passionate about sustainable fashion without making a big deal out of it. For a fall-ready capsule of two shoes that look equally well dressed down with jeans as they do with tailored pants (believe us, we’ve done the research), the brand teamed up with another eco-conscious industry leader, Veja.

Sky High Farm Workwear Taps Balenciaga for Final Collaborative Capsule
To celebrate and promote Sky High Farm 501(C)(3objective )’s to provide food equity and employ holistic principles by integrating the worlds of agriculture, fashion, art, and cinema, Sky High Farm Workwear was developed. With photographs of roosters, pigs, and lambs (oh my!) taken by photographer Ryan McGinley, the company enlisted Balenciaga to collaborate on a reversible shirt and coats from their archive for its most recent project. 100% of the money earned goes back to the farm to help feed those in need with wholesome meals. The accompanying campaign is fronted (and photographed) in California by Nadia Lee Cohen. Not included with the purchase is a pitchfork.
